CHAMPION CHRISTIAN AT BIG VALLEY
(NOVEMBER 7, 2008) 8:36 | The Big Valley Cardinals football season came to a close with a 44-18 loss to the visiting Champion Christian Mustangs Friday night. The game was more competitive than the score indicates, but every time the Cardinals got close the Mustangs would pull away. The Cardinals finished the season with a record of 4-6 and the Mustangs (9-1) will await the winner between the Butte Valley Bulldogs and Princeton Eagles in the Division VI playoffs.
